<p>An apparatus for generating urban design elements to reduce carbon emission includes a similar case matching unit configured to search, from an urban design element case storage unit, a conventional carbon-reduced city case most similar to characteristic information of a city, carbon emission target information of the city, and investment budget information for the city, which are inputted through a city characteristic input unit in order to reduce carbon emission; a case application verifying unit configured to verify urban design elements included in the carbon-reduced city case searched by the similar case matching unit according to restrictions on the city to reduce carbon emission stored in a rule storage unit; and a carbon-reduced design element generating unit configured to generate and output design element information of the city to reduce carbon emission based on a verification result provided by the case application verifying unit.</p> |
