<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tire, with which uniformity of the tire integrated with a vulcanized tire tread can be improved by putting the thickness of cushion rubber to be stuck to the tread adhering surface of a base tire into a uniform state along the circumferential direction thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the tire by sticking the unvulcanized cushion rubber to be discharged by the rotation of a screw of a cushion rubber discharge means to the tread adhering surface of the base tire, and arranging tire tread on the tread adhering surface for vulcanization to produce the tire, includes a step of rotating the base tire at fixed speed and discharging the cushion rubber while gradually decelerating the rotation speed of the screw with respect to the base tire under rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
