<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel and a conductive sheet capable of reducing resistance of a transparent conductive pattern formed on a substrate, improving visibility and suppressing the occurrence of moire. <P>SOLUTION: In a first conductive part 16A, two or more first transparent conductive patterns 18A constituted by connecting two or more first sensing parts 24A in series in a first direction are arranged in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and first auxiliary patterns 20A constituted of a plurality of first auxiliary lines 36A are arranged around sides of the first sensing parts 24A. In a second conductive part 16B, two or more second transparent conductive patterns 18B constituted by connecting two or more second sensing parts 24B in series in a second direction are arranged in the first direction, and second auxiliary patterns 20B constituted of a plurality of second auxiliary lines 36B are arranged around sides of the second sensing parts 24B.
