PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation reduction device which can reduce the oscillation of a floating body by a simple constitution, and the oscillation-reduced floating body. SOLUTION: The oscillation-reduced floating body 10 equipped with the oscillation reduction device includes: a floating body 12 which is used as, for example, a floating bridge floating on water (draft line 11), a floating depot, a floating parking, a work ship, a petroleum production platform or the like; and a plate-shaped oscillation reduction member 14 which is hung down from the side of the bottom face 12a of the floating body 12 via a support 13, and has slits 20 at prescribed intervals, wherein the plate-shaped oscillation reduction member is arranged along the bottom face 12a of the floating body 12.
