PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device and installation method of a precast concrete block, for easily controlling a moving direction not only in the straight part and curved part of an advancing route but also in a bent part. SOLUTION: The installation device of the precast concrete block includes: a track surface 10 laid from an unloading position X to an installation position Y; fluid casters 22 attached to the precast concrete block 2; and a wheel 31 for controlling the moving direction. It is not required to form a projection part on a base concrete 1, and the moving direction is easily controlled not only in the straight part and curved part of the advancing route but also in the bent part.
