The present invention relates to a hydrogel composition for filling a disk, a use thereof, and a method for manufacturing the same, and the hydrogel composition for filling a disk comprises hydrogel, alcohol, and metal. The hydrogel composition for filling a disk comprised of the above materials, the use thereof, and the method for manufacturing the same in the present invention provide a hydrogel composition for filling a disk capable of fully performing a function as a supplement of the nucleus pulposus by using the hydrogel, which is a material to replace a degenerate nucleus pulposus located in a central nucleus of a disk inside the annulus fibrosus and turned into the elastic formula at a body temperature of 37°C, as a main material and a composition comprising the hydrogel and alcohol for reducing a pain of a patient with spinal disk herniation using the hydrogel composition, and the formula in which the metal such as titanium is mixed with the composition in order to allow the composition to be placed in an ideal location and insert the composition in the nucleus. Therefore, the present invention is a useful invention to provide the composition capable of maintaining the pressure of a spinal disk as the alcohol in the composition absorbs the moisture of tissue and condenses the tissue, and the injected hydrogel becomes hard at this time.
