The present invention relates to a display device and a signal processing method thereof. The display device includes a display panel which includes a light emitting diode, a data driving unit which applies a data voltage to the display panel and includes a plurality of integrated circuits, a gate driving unit which applies a gate voltage to the display panel, and a signal control unit which controls the data driving unit and the gate driving unit and includes a transmission terminal which transmits a clock to a plurality of integrated circuits of the data driving unit by embedding the clock in image data in the data driving unit. The data driving unit generates an internal clock according to the clock embedded in the image data. The transmission terminal includes an active section to which the image data and the clock embedded in the image data are applied and makes the data driving unit perform a clock training by inserting a blank section only when the internal clock is not synchronized with the image data.
