The present invention relates to a modulation system for the sound multiplexing of a digital audio signal which includes an audio receiving unit which receives the digital audio signal with two channels, an interpolation unit which interpolates the audio signal by receiving the audio signal from the audio receiving unit according to each channel, a re-sampler which receives the interpolated audio signal from the interpolation unit and re-samples the interpolated audio signal, and a decimation unit which receives the re-sampled audio signal and decimates the re-sampled audio signal. Thereby, a circuit is easily integrated and degradation due to signal interference is prevented. |
