A head restraint comprising a headband part (1) and two side struts (7, 8) pivotally mounted to respective parts of the headband belt such that when a users head is located in the headband in contact with a support, the free ends of the strut members (11, 12) abut the support 13 to thereby prevent rolling of the head while sleeping. The apex 4 of the head band and the free ends of the struts touch the support e.g. the head rest. The head band may be flexible, padded, and/or foldable for storage. |
