PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine fixing device allowing easy adjustment of an inclination angle of a game machine on a game parlor side, and preventing an action to illegally change the inclination angle of the game machine. SOLUTION: On the game parlor side, when a press claw part 38 moves a press fixing member 23 to a direction to press an outer frame by a screwing-in operation of an installation bolt 25, the press fixing member 23 is made to be slidingly moved to perform position adjustment of a support part 34a. Thereby, the inclination angle of the game machine can be easily adjusted. On the contrary, when intruding in the game parlor and illegally changing the inclination angle of the game machine, a fixing state of the game machine by a lower game machine fixing device 20 is released so as to change a slide movement position of the press fixing member 23 to an installation member 22, so that the action to illegally change the inclination angle of the game machine can be prevented.
