A garment (11) comprising: a) an inner panel (19) comprising at least one covering for at least one of the wearer's breasts, the at least one covering comprising a first layer of material (54) that overlaps a second layer of material (56), the first and the second layers of material are fastened to the inner panel to provide an opening between the overlapping layers, and the at least one covering is operative to provide support during milk expression for the at least one of the wearer's breast and a portion of a breast pump body (106) inserted through the opening; b) an exterior front surface (17) comprising a first panel of material (16) that overlaps at least a portion of a second panel of material (18), the first and the second panels operative to be moved to expose the at least one covering of the inner panel; c) at least one strap (46, 66, 72) with at least one attachment mechanism (48, 68, 70, 90, 92, 96, 98); and d) a plurality of corresponding attachment mechanisms on the inner panel, wherein a corresponding attachment mechanism on the inner panel is operative to receive the at least one attachment mechanism on the at least one strap, wherein the plurality of corresponding attachment mechanisms are positioned on the garment to provide a plurality of positions for provision of support for a portion of a breast pump body held adjacent to at least one of a wearer's breast during milk expression performed with the breast pump body. |
