The following clinical characteristics are determined: arterial hypertension taking into account its stage and length; diabetes mellitus, its length taking into account the patient's age and complications; ischemic heart disease and its length, cardiac angina, myocardial infarction and its length; the patient's age; compliance; smoking. The absence of any of the above characteristics is scored as 0 points.
