PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for producing a film piece-wound/integrated tube component which winds a film piece onto the tube peripheral surface of a cylindrical tube component by post-processing with the use of a heat welding technique after the production of the tube component and bonds/fixes this piece and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The tube component P with the film piece produced by fixing the tip part 21a of a strip film 21 to the tube component P by a spot fixing means 4 and cutting it into the film piece F by a slitting means 3 or the tube component P with the film piece in which one end F1 concerning the film piece F cut by the slitting means 3 is fixed to the tube component P by the spot fixing means 4 is produced. Next, the tube component P with the film piece is inserted between a belt lower surface 56a and a base upper surface 10. After that, the tube component P is turned by the movement of a belt 55 concerning a belt transmission device 5. The film piece F is wound onto the tube peripheral surface P1 of the tube component P, and the film piece F wound onto the tube peripheral surface P1 of the tube component P is integrated with the tube component by heat welding by the heating of a heater 81.
