PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety by preventing the occurrence of positional deviation of a pallet when a pallet carrier is rocked, in a device where a pallet is mounted on the pallet carrier and carried. SOLUTION: A pallet engaging device 64 includes: a movable side engaging part 65 provided to a pallet 17; a fixed side engaging part 66 provided to a side frame bar 34 of a lower frame 30, which is a pallet carrier; and an engagement release part 67 provided in a pallet inversion mechanism (support arm 55). In a state where the pallet is mounted on the lower frame 30, the movable side engaging part 65 moves to an engaging position 65L engaged with the fixed side engaging part 66 to regulate the movement of the pallet 17 with respect to the lower frame 30, and when the pallet 17 rises from the lower frame 30 by being lifted by the pallet inversion mechanism, the movable side engaging part 65 moves to an unengaging position not engaged with the fixed side engaging part 66 by being abutted by the engagement release part 67.
