PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably restrain a release arm from being excessively flexed. SOLUTION: A lock arm 10 is provided on a top face of a female connector housing 1, and can swing around a hinge piece 15 as a center. Also, a release arm 11 for releasing a locking condition of the lock arm 10 is provided on the top face of the female connector housing 1 with support legs 20 as fulcrums, so that it can swing in the same direction. Furthermore, a housing side restraining part 27 projects on the top face of the female connector housing 1 while passing between the support legs 20 and extending forward and backward. An arm side restraining part 25 projects at a corresponding position on the release arm 11 side while extending forward and backward. Thereby, even when the release arm 11 swings in either direction with the support legs 20 as the fulcrums, the arm side restraining part 25 and the housing side restraining part 27 are in contact with each other at forward and backward positions across the support legs 20, so as to restrain the release arm 11 from being excessively flexed in both directions.
