The method involves manufacturing a container (12) by blow molding of a preform (10), and filling the container with a hot filling fluid (16) i.e. beverage. The filled container is pressurized with a compressed gas (18) and sealed, where gaseous or fluid nitrogen is utilized as the compressed gas. The preform and the container are pressurized with blow mold temperature, during the blow molding process, where the blow mold temperature lies in a range between eighty to ninety degrees. The container is delivered directly to a filling process, after blow molding. An independent claim is also included for a container treatment device for molding and/or manufacturing a thin walled beverage container. |
