The present application in particular is directed to a gas cooktop (1) comprising at least one gas burner (3M) with a gas input. The gas hob (3M is moveable between different cooking positions within and relative to a cooking face (2) of the gas cooktop (1). The gas cooktop (1) further comprises a gas supply source with a gas output, and it comprises a gas feeding unit (8, 12, 13, 14) connecting the gas input which is stationary relative to the gas burner (3M) with the output that is stationary relative to the cooking face (2). The gas feeding unit (8, 12, 13, 14) is adapted and configured to compensate changes in the relative position and orientation between the input and output during a movement of the at least one gas burner (3M). |
