<p>The present invention relates to a method for preparing a seasoned grain powder composition by premixing seasoning with rice powder or wheat powder and manufacturing seasoned rice cake, seasoned cooked rice, or seasoned dumplings using the seasoned grain powder composition. The present invention is contrived to cook easily without a traditional complicated procedure of soaking rice in water and grinding the soaked rice. The seasoned grain powder composition is prepared by the method comprising the steps of: preparing rice powder by grinding rice, which is washed, soaked in water, and then dehydrated, using a roll mill; drying the rice powder with hot air; sorting the dried rice powder into 40 mesh or smaller; preparing a grain powder by mixing wheat powder with the rice powder; preparing a composition by mixing any one or more ingredients selected from the group consisting of onion powder, leek powder, pepper powder, laver powder, red pepper seeds, sugar, and salt; and mixing the seasoning with the grain powder and then steaming and shaping. The seasoned rice cake, seasoned cooked rice, or seasoned dumplings are manufactured using the seasoned grain powder composition.</p> |
