<p>A die ejecting apparatus includes an ejecting unit which includes an ejecting pin to separate a die from a dicing tape by raising the die attached to the dicing tape and a jaw clamp which fixes the ejecting pin, a hood which includes a through hole through which the ejecting pin passes, and an ejecting body which includes a driving unit which is combined with the hood and the ejecting unit and vertically moves the ejecting unit. Therefore, the center of the ejecting pin is simply and accurately aligned.</p> |
