<p>The present invention relates to a designing method for machining a pad hole relief of a press die, which can shorten pad hole machining time by improving a process of pad machining. The designing method comprises: (a) a step of inputting a basic data for designing pad hole relief machining; (b) a step of calculating a maximum bottom dead center of a drill based on the inputted basic data; (c) a step of selecting an optimum drill diameter based on the maximum bottom dead center of the drill; and (d) a step of automatically creating a hole relief NC file after selecting the drill diameter, and automatically writing a worksheet. Therefore, the designing method can machine an accurate pad hole depth, can reduce a machining defective rate, and can remove danger of an unstable work environment and safety accidents due to the existing manual work in advance by preventing holes from being closely punched and reducing a die reversing work.</p> |
