FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and deals with a method of quantitative determination of D-antigen of polioviruses of 1-3 types by enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA). As an immunosorbent used is polyvalent (to three types of poliovirus) affinity-purified immunoglobulin of a class Y (IgY), obtained from egg yolks of hens, immunised with polioviruses, and as detector antibodies - an affinity-purified preparation IgG of the rabbit against each of three polioviruses.EFFECT: invention provides a lower non-specific background and, respectively, higher reliability of the analysis result.1 cl, 3 ex, 1 tbl |
