FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: under this method the disassembling, damages detection, replacement of seals and bearings, restoration of the shaft adjacent support surfaces by installation of the journal bearings out of the fabric reinforced antifriction material with binding substance based on epoxy resin with fillers including graphite and PTFE, finishing and assemblage are performed; at that the journal bearings installation is performed by their pressing in, at that seating strength is ensured by the outside layer of the journal bearing making with metal armour.EFFECT: invention ensures the required operation reliability of the repaired hydraulic engines, and simplifies the repair process.3 dwg |
