<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reader/writer antenna which can enhance magnetic field by synthesizing magnetic lines of force generated from respective coils. <P>SOLUTION: A reader/writer antenna 50 comprises an active antenna 7 having an active coil 1 which generates a magnetic field by a current fed from a reader/writer 3 that reads/writes information recorded on an RFID tag (noncontact information recording medium) 2, and a feeding unit 4a connected in series with the active coil 1, and a non-active antenna 8 having an electromagnetic coupling unit 4b which is coupled electromagnetically with the feeding unit 4a, and a non-active coil 5 connected in series with the electromagnetic coupling unit 4b and generates a magnetic field by a current fed from the electromagnetic coupling unit 4b. When power is fed from the feeding unit 4a in a state where the RFIG tag 2 is interposed between the active coil 1 and the non-active coil 5, currents are made to flow through the active coil 1 and the non-active coil 5 in the same direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
