PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a variation in the amount of a working fluid in a condenser without directly measuring a liquid level in a binary generator. SOLUTION: A binary generator has: a temperature sensor 31 for detecting the outlet temperature of a condenser 18; a pressure sensor 33 for detecting the outlet pressure of the condenser 18; a derivation means 37 for deriving the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid at the condenser outlet from a detection value of the temperature sensor 31; and an adjustment control means 39 that executes control for adjusting the amount of the circulation of the working fluid according to differential pressure between the outlet pressure detected by the pressure sensor 33 and the saturated vapor pressure derived by the derivation means 37.
