[Class 132 (i).] Apparatus for separately or simultaneously exercising the hands and feet comprises a frame 1 having a seat 2 adjustably mounted thereon and cranks 7, 8 for exercising hands and feet connected through chains 6 to sprockets on an adjustable brake hub. The cranks may operate in either direction either independently or their sprockets may be connected by a pin for simultaneous operation. The hand cranks are mounted on an adjustable stem 11, the fork 14 being slotted to allow corresponding adjustment of the hubs. The whole apparatus is mounted on a portable stand 20 by winged nuts 21.</p> |
