<p>A device 1 to aid putting on a bra includes a base 10 which comprises a ground engaging flat disc 11 which supports an inverted hollow tapered cone 12 which supports a shaft 13. The shaft, which in use is secured between the legs or knees of the user, supports a first clamp 15 into which is secured one end 31A of a bra strap 31. A second clamp 16 is fixed to the other free end 31B of the strap 31. A cord 20 connects the second clamp 16 to a point 14 on the shaft 13 near to the first clamp 15. By pulling on the cord 20 the user can draw the loose end of the strap around to meet the fixed end of the strap, thus enabling easier connection of the ends of the strap.</p> |
