摘要 When an accumulated type chemical/physical phenomenon detection device has an increased sensitivity, it is impossible to obtain a calibration curve by actual measurement. The calibration curve is obtained with a low sensitivity so as to serve as a standard calibration curve. Upon actual measurement with an increased sensitivity, the standard calibration curve is multiplied in accordance with a rate of the accumulation degree from the sensing unit to the floating diffusion unit (accumulation degree upon actual measurement/accumulation degree upon creation of the standard calibration curve) so as to obtain a calibration curve upon actual measurement.
