PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which has good adhesion between a polyimide film base material and a multilayer carbon nanotube coating layer, has sufficient electromagnetic wave noise suppressing performance, is thin and fire retardant, and can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: An issue of the present invention is solved by providing an electromagnetic wave absorption sheet which is obtained by, after a polyimide film of thickness 12.5-30μm is anchor-coated with epoxy resin, applying a coating liquid that is obtained by mixing a multilayer carbon nanotube water dispersion liquid with a resin water dispersion liquid in such a manner that multilayer carbon nanotube is 1 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or more while the solid content total amount of epoxy resin which is a flammable organic substance, a dispersion agent of multilayer carbon nanotube, and a resin water dispersion liquid is 15 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or less.
