<p>The present invention relates to a pneumatic tire which minimizes slipping on a snow-covered road or an icy road in the winter and remarkably improves braking and handling performance even on a wet road surface and a dried road surface through sipes to improve rigidity of a thread block. The sipe is composed of a pair of sipe walls. One of the sipe walls has a plurality of upper protrusions formed in a triangular pyramid shape having a height which gradually becomes lower from the surface of the thread block to the bottom; and a plurality of lower protrusions inserted between the upper protrusions formed in a triangular pyramid shape having a height which gradually becomes lower from the bottom of the sipe to the top. The other one of the sipe walls has half of the phase difference between the pitches of the upper protrusions or the lower protrusions of one side wall to be geared with one of the side walls.</p> |
