<p>A folding bicycle includes a rear axle frame supporting a rear axle; a front axle frame supporting a front axle; an upper frame connecting the rear axle frame to the front axle frame and having a folding hinge; a lower frame having one end connected to a rotating part of the rear axle frame and the other end connected to a pedal frame by a hinge; and the pedal frame connected to an assist frame of the upper frame by the folding hinge. In a case of not using the bicycle, a fixating key connecting the pedal frame to the assist frame of the upper frame is separated, the rear axle frame and the lower frame rotate as the pedal frame rotates by the folding hinge of the assist frame of the upper frame and approaches the upper frame to make the rear wheel move toward the upper frame, and the front axle frame moves to the rear axle frame as the hinge of the upper frame is folded, thereby reducing the size of the bicycle. In a case of using the bicycle, the folding hinge of the upper frame is unfolded to make the front axle frame be separated from the rear axle frame and rotate, the lower frame and the rear axle frame rotate to move the rear wheel as the pedal frame is separated from the assist frame of the upper frame and rotates, and the pedal frame is fixated to the assist frame of the upper frame, thereby making the bicycle have a structure of supporting a load. The present invention realizes the folding bicycle getting smaller in a folded state in a case of not using the bicycle while having a structure of supporting a load like a conventional folding bicycle by using the rotary rear axle frame and the rotary pedal frame.</p> |
