<p>The present invention relates to a method for forming a pattern of graphene including the steps of: forming a DNA pattern; and forming graphene on the DNA pattern. According to the present invention, the graphene pattern can be formed by growing graphene in a target pattern. According to the method of the present invention, the graphene pattern having uniform width in a nanosize can be obtained.</p>
