POROUS GLASS PLATE, METHOD FOR PREPARING THEREOF, AND PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a porous glass film in which thermal expansion coefficient of all directions and angles has error range within 30%, and to a manufacturing method thereof, and a printed circuit substrate using the same. According to the present invention, the porous glass film can be manufactured in a simple process by using a polymer as a template. The manufactured porous glass film has isotropic thermal expansion coefficient having similar thermal expansion coefficient within regular error range according to all directions and angles. Accordingly, the porous glass film according to the present invention can be widely applied to a core material of the printed circuit substrate, a plate for thermal resistance, and a glass film having low refraction index.
