<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more reliable protection against short-circuiting between the cathode side of a light source and the ground. <P>SOLUTION: A lighting control circuit 10 comprises: a power supply voltage supply circuit (20) which supplies a power supply voltage VB1 to an anode side 80a of a light source (81); a switching circuit 30 which is connected to a cathode side 80c of the light source (81) and repeatedly turns on/off the light source (81); and a protection circuit 40 which keeps the switching circuit 30 in an off-state when the switching circuit 30 is turned off and a voltage VC1 on the cathode side 80c of the light source (81) is at the low level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
