The linear motor (1) includes a cylinder-shaped yoke (2), a coil assembly (12) which is fixed at the inner side of the yoke (2) and is provided with a plurality of coils (11) which are arranged side by side in an axial direction, and a permanent magnet assembly (24) which is arranged at the inner side of the coil assembly (12) in a manner that the permanent magnet assembly (24) can perform relative movement along an axial direction, and is provided with a plurality of permanent magnets which are arranged side by side in the axial direction, wherein the permanent magnet assembly (24) includes at least one first permanent magnet (23) which can be magnetized along the axial direction, and second permanent magnets (25) which are arranged at two axial end portions of each first permanent magnet, and can be magnetized along the direction which is perpendicular to the axial direction.</p> |
