PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shrink packaging body provided on a vessel, capable of exhibiting a slip-preventing function of the vessel or distinctiveness of the appearance by applying specific processing to a shrink film. SOLUTION: A first resin film 12 is processed so that perforations 14 in the specified direction penetrate the first resin film 12. The first resin film 12 adheres to a bottle 10 by shrinking the first resin film 12, and both side parts of the perforations 14 orthogonal to the processing direction form a protrusion by thermal contraction.
