wherein the spectral ranges (”» n , ”» n+1 , ”» n+2 ) of each at least three successive output ports (149-n, 149- (n + 1) , 149-( n+2 )) of said plurality of output ports (149-n) partially overlap, such that the FBG's Bragg wavelength ( » B ) falls inside the spectral ranges (”» n , ”» n+1 , ”» n + 2 ) of at least three successive output ports over the dynamic range of interest (”» dyn,B ) of the FBG (122). |
