PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator having a reduced weight at low cost. SOLUTION: A slider base 7 made of a resin has a hole 31 for fastening a bolt. A third wire (lower wire) 27 is connected above the hole 31, and a first wire (upper wire) 15 is connected below the hole 31. The slider base 7 is provided with a reinforcement material 41 having a cylindrical collar part 42 which is formed from a folded metal plate and arranged along an inner wall of the hole 31, an upper wire load receiving part 45 which receives a load from the first wire 15, and a lower wire load receiving part 47 which receives a load from the third wire 27.
