PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression spring handling device which can handle a plurality of compression springs different from each other in size. SOLUTION: The compression spring handling device comprises a holding claw unit, a pusher, and a pushout drive part. The holding claw unit comprises a pair of openable holding claws that hold a compression spring in a compression direction. The pusher is provided corresponding to each of the holding claws, is moved together with the holding claws, and, in such a state that the compression spring is held, pushes the end of the compression spring abutted against the holding claws, and pushes out the held compression spring from the holding claw unit.
