PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle weight estimating device that properly and certainly calculates vehicle weight during turning of a vehicle, and then to provide a vehicle motion control device that properly performs roll inhibitory control from properly and certainly calculated vehicle weight. SOLUTION: A vehicle weight estimating device includes: a rudder angle yaw rate calculator which calculates a rudder angle yaw rate based on a rudder angle of a steering wheel of a vehicle obtained by a rudder angle acquisition unit, a vehicle body speed of the vehicle, and a stability factor when load capacity of the vehicle is 0 (step 104); vehicle body speed of the vehicle; a yaw rate deviation calculator which calculates yaw rate deviation which is deviation of calculated rudder angle yaw rate and obtained real yaw rate (step 106); and a load capacity calculator which calculates load capacity of the vehicle according to the yaw rate deviation based on a relationship between yaw rate deviation defined beforehand and the load capacity of the vehicle, and the yaw rate deviation calculated by the yaw rate deviation calculator, (step 112).
