The door fastener has spring chamber (12) provided in interior of housing (2). Several overflow channels are arranged in housing. Several flow control valves are arranged in overflow channels, for controlling the characteristics of fastener. A throttle valve is provided for backcheck at certain door opening angle, to increase pressure in the spring chamber. The sealing of axle space (15) and spring chamber is performed by piston rod seal, immediately before the onset of the rise in pressure in spring chamber, by the movement of piston rod (7) housed in operative position. |
