One embodiment of an ultrasonic image processing method includes the steps of: obtaining volume data by radiating an ultrasonic wave around the uterus; extracting one or more object candidate groups based on the obtained volume data; and displaying the extracted object candidate group on a screen. One embodiment of an ultrasonic image processing apparatus includes a data obtaining unit which obtains the volume data around the uterus using the ultrasonic wave, a data processing unit which extracts one or more object candidate groups based on the obtained volume data, and a display unit which displays the extracted object candidate group on the screen.
