<p>The present invention relates to a tubular thermoelectric module and a method for manufacturing the same, capable of: minimizing electrical resistance through a structure that a p-type thermoelectric material and an n-type thermoelectric material are directly bonded, and maximizing a pair of the p-type thermoelectric material and the n-type thermoelectric material that are included in a thermoelectric module, thereby improving electromotive force of the thermoelectric module. The tubular thermoelectric module according to the present invention comprises: multiple unit thermoelectric plates which are sequentially stacked and have ring shapes; and insulation layers which are respectively formed among the unit thermoelectric plates. Each of the unit thermoelectric plates includes one or multiple thermocouples. The thermocouple is a pair of a p-type thermoelectric material and an n-type thermoelectric material. The p-type thermoelectric material and the n-type thermoelectric material are connected through a medium of a horizontal bonding layer in the unit thermoelectric plate, the neighboring p-type thermoelectric material and n-type thermoelectric material of the unit thermoelectric plate are connected in a medium of a vertical bonding layer, and the horizontal bonding layer and the vertical bonding layer are bonded by expanding the p-type thermoelectric material and the n-type thermoelectric material.</p> |
