EMERGENCY LADDER FOR RAILWAY VECHICLES

The present invention relates to an emergency ladder for a railway vehicle and, more specifically, to an emergency ladder for a railway vehicle, including a ladder body having supports on both sides in one end part and the other end part and having footholds between the supports to fold and unfold the one end part and the other end part; first and second walking plates installed on front faces of the pillars of the one end part and the other end part to be separable by an attachment or detachment unit respectively and covering the front face of the ladder body to enable a passenger, who wants to move to a rescue vehicle, to step on and pass the ladder; a moving bracket installed on the rear side of the pillar of the one end part to be slidable and moving along the pillar of the one end part or fixated to the pillar of the one end part by a fixating unit; and a fixated bracket installed in the front of the moving bracket to be vertically rotated or to be separable and fixated on the bottom frame of an entrance door on the side of a vehicle in trouble or the rescue vehicle, thereby reducing escape consumption time of the passenger at emergency as the passenger can swiftly escape through the entrance door on the side of the vehicle in trouble as well as through an emergency exit in the front and the rear of the vehicle in trouble, and additionally enabling even a handicapped person in a wheelchair or the old and the infirm to safely escape to the rescue vehicle without a help from other passengers as the ladder body and the first and second walking plates play a role of a bridge which the passenger can cross in a case that it is laid between the entrance door of the vehicle in trouble and the entrance door of the rescue vehicle.
