The present invention relate to a composition including a ginseng extract of herbal medicine processing and a green tea extract of herbal medicine processing. The composition for skin trouble release and treatment includes one or more mixture of herbal medicine processed ginseng extract and herbal medicine processed green tea selected from a group consisting of a mixture of naturally fermented ginseng polysaccharide and naturally fermented green tea polysaccharide; a mixture of bacteria fermented ginseng polysaccharide and bacteria fermented green tea polysaccharide; and a mixture of salt fermented ginseng polysaccharide and salt fermented green tea polysaccharide as an effective component.
