A guard for protecting freshly painted doorframes comprises extruded body 101, an aperture in the extruded body and a grip pad 103. The guard is particularly adapted for protecting wet paint on the door frame. A number of the guards may be placed along the length of the doorframe at a range of heights, to prevent people and animals from brushing against the frame and damaging drying paintwork. The extruded body is preferably formed of a flexible plastic. The grip pad is preferably a foam material which may be attached to the body by adhesive. |
