<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to perform drag-and-drop of a drawing object while checking its arrangement position in a drawing area even when another window is overlapped on the front face of the drawing area. <P>SOLUTION: When another window W3 is overlapped on the front face of a drawing window W2 to which a drawing object OB is moved in the case of performing drag-and-drop of the drawing object OB to the drawing window W2, the other window W3 is made to be in a transparent state to allow the drag-and-drop of the drawing object OB onto the top face of the drawing window W2 to be performed.
