<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet and an electrostatic capacity type touch panel capable of preventing deterioration of visibility. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive sheet 10 comprises: a first transparent substrate 14A having a first electrode pattern 16A that includes first conductive patterns 18A and first nonconductive patterns 20A composed of thin metal wires; and a second transparent substrate 14B having a second electrode pattern 16B that includes second conductive patterns 18B and second nonconductive patterns 20B composed of thin wire metals. On the first nonconductive patterns 20A and the second nonconductive patterns 20B, disconnection parts 22A and disconnection parts 22B are formed where no intersection of the thin metal wires is located.
