PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience in operation concerning an authentication request for a recipient that requires authentication, and to prevent an unauthorized use by a user other than an authorized user. SOLUTION: An evaluation count memory 53 stores an evaluation count value to calculate an identity evaluation value on the basis of the evaluation count value. Control means 14 reduces the identity evaluation value with the lapse of time, and increases it when communication very likely to be it by an authorized user is performed. Control means 14 compares the identity evaluation value with an authentication evaluation threshold of the identity evaluation value. When the identity evaluation value is equal to or smaller than the authentication evaluation threshold of the identity evaluation value, the control means does not perform automatic input and transmission of authentication information to a recipient.
