PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which the connection of wiring becomes easy even if the width of the whole connection terminal device is made small. SOLUTION: The connection terminal device 600 has a base body 602 and two or more wiring connection sections 604a, 604b formed in the base body 602. The wiring connection sections 604a, 604b have: an opening in which wiring is inserted; a terminal board electrically connected to the wiring; a rocking operation member, on the one end part of which is swingably supported by the base body 602, on the other end part of which a pressure operation part is formed, and in which a pressing part, which presses the wiring to the terminal board, is formed; and a coil spring which biases the rocking operation member. Further, the length of the back and forth directions of the pressure operation part in one adjoining wiring connection section 604b is established shorter than the pressure operation part in the other wiring connection section 604a.
