PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective composite image when combining a background image and a foreground image. SOLUTION: An imaging device 100 is provided with: a combination region specification unit 8c for specifying a combination region of the background image with which a subject image should be combined; a process handling unit 8e that applies predetermined image processing to the subject image and/or the background image based on the subject image combination region specified by the combination region specification unit; and an image combination unit 8f that combines the subject image applied with predetermined image processing by the process handling unit with the background image to generate a subject combined image P.
